If you don’t win the case by trial by declaration, you are allowed a second chance by showing up to court yourself and making your case in person, if again you are found guilty, then Ticket Ninja will refund you the 99 dollars that Ticket Ninja charged you…I think the best option to fighting a ticket is using Ticket Ninja and submitting a Trial by Declaration because if you don’t win, you have a second chance in person to fight it. They sent my paperwork to me within three business days which was faster than they stated! I sent in the trial by declaration to the court and two months later, I received a NOT GUILTY verdict and will be refunded the 490 dollars that this ticket was! I noticed a lot of reviewers mentioned that their tickets were dismissed which is great and means that the ticketing officer never responded and it was automatically dismissed but in my case, the CHP officer responded back with his own declaration but the judge found me not guilty and ruled in my favor which means something very important…Ticket Ninja’s defense was strong enough to defend me against the officer’s declaration and won my case!!! Now, there is no guarantee that you will win and Ticket Ninja is very honest in letting you know that. They state it will take four business days to prepare. They then send you the paperwork so that you could send it to the court to fight your ticket. California is one of only nine states that allows something called Trial by Declaration or Affidavit and Ticket Ninja prepares your written trial by declaration after you sign up, fill out the information they require and pay.
